The 4th Annual opening evening of the AIRS exhibition at the Federation of Canadian artists was on the 10 October 2013 and turned out to be a fabulous evening with many art lovers and artists. The excellent attendance made it quite challenging to move through the small gallery but at announcement time every Award Winner found their way with ease to the “podium” 🙂
The Grand prize was awarded to the outstanding monochromatic piece from Leanne Christie called “Hidden Jewels” which was prominently displayed as you enter the gallery. Other award winners were announced that evening incl. John Zhao, Francis Tiffany, Teng-Ko Weng and more.
